Frank Caruso’s distinguished legal career expands almost forty years, specializing in commercial law. With an expertise in contract review, bank documentation and private entity formation.
Acquiring his J.D. from Western New England University and being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1981, Frank has experience appearing before governmental bodies in both state and local settings, and has sat on boards such as city councils, planning and zoning, and licensing.
Having legal affiliations with the Federal District Court, District Court of MA and the US Court of Appeals, Frank’s passionate affiliations have included: former head coach Umass Amherst Women’s Rugby Team, Former Special Olympics Coach Hampden Cty Assoc for Mentally Impaired, and Instructor for Mass Continuing Legal Education.
